Event Terms and Conditions
Refunds regrettably not available 30 days before the event.

No transport will be provided to and from the event. We encourage you all to use a drop and go service such as Uber or similar.
We encourage all guests to wear flat shoes for ease of walking on the grounds and for dancing purposes. Wear high heels at your own risk.
Parasols will be provided for the first 50 guests. Kindly bring your own in order to cover you from the sun. Also wear hats and lots of sunscreen.
It will get chilly in the evening, please bring a warm jersey or jacket.
We kindly request all guests to wear neutral or sunset colours. Kindly refer to the style guide that we’ve posted on our website and social media platforms.
We have done our best to cater for most dietary requirements and will cater for vegans and vegetarians, upon prior notice, however we will not be able to accommodate all dietary requirements as it is a family style (sharing plates) luncheon.
By completing and submitting this response, I hereby acknowledge, understand, accept and agree that:
This limitation of liability and indemnity applies to all participants, and applies even if someone else purchased your entry ticket.
1. I have opted and made a choice to take part and attend the event on the basis that all the risks involved in taking part and attending the event will vest in me, and The Allure Group will not accept any loss or liability of whatsoever nature that I may suffer as a result of me taking part and attending the event.
2. The Allure Group shall not be liable for any damage to any of my property, any injury to me, any illness that I may suffer, nor for the loss of my life, as a result of any act or omission on the part of The Allure Group irrespective of whether such act or omission was as a result of any negligence, gross negligence or wilful conduct on the part of The Allure Group and/or any of its employees, agents, or sub-contractors.
3. I hereby waive my rights and abandon any claim/s that I may have against The Allure Group as a result of any negligence, gross negligence or wilful conduct on the part of The Allure Group and or its employees, agents or sub-contractors as a result directly or indirectly, of attending the event.
4. I hereby indemnify and hold The Allure Group and /or any The Allure Group employee harmless against all liabilities, claims, losses and damages of whatsoever nature which The Allure Group and/or any The Allure Group employee and/or any other person may sustain as a result of me attending the event, where such claims, losses and damages are caused by my negligent or wilful act or omission.
